stock.  Out of season will take longer...

** Large orders ships as soon as 2-3 weeks. In some cases flower's  may be on
back order or if Out of season  will delay shipping...In this case I will contact
you..could take up to 4 weeks to ship..So if you can Please order Asap.

damaged flowers.  If flowers are returned in poor condition or smells like smoke or
any other odor that would prevent resale,No Refund will be given of any kind........

**On return orders that meet conditions stated above a 35% Restocking fee will  
apply plus any shipping fee and rush order fee if applied will not be refunded.....the
balance after all fees are deducted will be sent by a  Bank Certified Check to the
name and billing address giving to PayPal at the time of the order.  


** Due to Safety purposes, we do not keep credit card information we use PayPal   
Once payment is made, PayPal is not responsible for refunds. It's the Merchants
(Seller) place to return payment which will be given by Cashiers Check.  Check will
